Return Policy
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS THAT ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION: Returns & exchanges are not generally accepted but please contact me if you have problems with your order
EUROPEAN and UK CUSTOMERS ONLY: I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return and 14 days to send back the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact me at oggetti.veneziani@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you all the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Italy, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please email me immediately at oggetti.veneziani@gmail.com..
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any unauthorized returns received will be denied and items will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.
Refused/Unclaimed Package: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and sufficient information for the item to be delivered dutifully.
Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded: customers returning items will be charged for the initial delivery, and will have to pay the costs of return.
UK buyers are responsible and will be charged for any customs and import taxes that may apply by Italian customs for importing goods from the UK.
Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
Special and custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or used.
While my policies are firm for obvious reasons, I will do everything I can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
