This pretty floral pillow cover is handmade using Rubelli print fabric Violetta pattern in autumn color, backed with Rubelli moiré linen ivory color. The cover has a zipper closure for easy removal when ready to wash

Printed fabric with a percale cotton ground which reproduces an original pattern from the second half of the nineteenth century. The colourways and brushstrokes typical of a sketch and also the fraying and bare patches found in the original are replicated with extreme accuracy. The result is that of a fabric with a faded elegance, reminiscent of a rich and luxuriant old garden
